Welcome to ProperLink.UK (a fully managed service provided by BAV Tech Solutions) ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (properlink.uk) and tell you about your privacy rights.

2. The Data We Collect

We collect personal information (Name, Business Name, Email, and Phone Number) when you fill out a form on our website or sign up for our service.

3. Third-Party Processors (How we process data)

• FormSubmit.co: We use FormSubmit to process initial inquiries from our sales page. Your data is encrypted during transit and emailed directly to us. FormSubmit does not store your data on their servers long-term.
• Google Firebase: We use Firebase to host our website and securely store sales inquiries (leads), "Live Status" data, and client configurations. All data is stored in secure UK/EU-based data centers.
• Stripe: For clients on recurring plans, payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe. BAV Tech Solutions never sees or stores your credit card details.

4. How We Use Your Data

We only use your data to provide the ProperLink service, process payments, and provide technical support. We never sell or trade your data with third-party marketing firms.

5. Data Retention, Client Data & Your Rights

Data Retention: We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary. Sales inquiries and lead data submitted through our website are securely stored in our database and are routinely deleted after 12 months if no active business relationship is formed.

Client Data: Any leads generated on a Client's ProperLink profile belong to that Client. BAV Tech Solutions acts as the "Data Processor" and the Client acts as the "Data Controller."

Your Rights: Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to your data, correction of errors, or total deletion. To exercise these rights, please contact us at properlink.uk@bavtechsolutions.com.

6. Cookie Policy

Our website uses "Strictly Necessary" cookies. These are small files required for the technical operation of the site, such as maintaining security and ensuring the live status toggle works correctly. We do not use intrusive tracking or advertising cookies.

1. The Service

ProperLink provides a custom digital profile, a live status management system (The Master Key), and hosting. The "Done-For-You" setup includes the initial build and ongoing maintenance.

2. Subscription & Payments

Fees are charged monthly via Stripe or Bank Transfer. BAV Tech Solutions reserves the right to suspend the service (lock the portal and link) if payment is overdue by more than 7 days.

3. Hardware (NFC Cards)

The physical NFC card provided is the property of the client upon purchase. BAV Tech Solutions is not responsible for physical damage or loss of the card after delivery. Replacement cards may incur a fee.

4. Ownership

BAV Tech Solutions retains ownership of the underlying software architecture and code. The Client owns their branding, logos, and any customer data collected through their specific link.

5. Cancellations

This is a rolling monthly contract. Clients can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. No refunds are provided for partial months.
